Hello

My name is Kelsey Gamble, and I am the owner of Lux Behavioral Health. I have been working with individuals with chronic mental illness since 2015 across settings including group homes, street outreach, community mental health, and outpatient therapy. I completed my education at Rhode Island College (BSW, 2015) and Simmons University (MSW, 2019). I am a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) and provide care in both RI and MA.

I also incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT). I aim to provide effective, trauma-informed care for clients with anxiety.

My areas of specialty are Obsessive compulsive disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Major Depressive Disorder and Post-traumatic Stresss Disorder

The demographics I work with are teens (16+), adults, elders (65+), LGBTQIA+, poly/open relationships, kink and chronic pain

My therapeutic approaches include CBT, I-CBT, ERP, DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness and Client-centered.
