About the event

MBSR draws upon Buddhist philosophy, neuroscience and somatic psychology to provide its practitioners a practice that reduces illnesses such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain and hypertension. In this workshop, Jessie will introduce the four components of MBSR through lecture and experiential learning.
